Restrictions
- Please understand that if you wish to extend your wifi use, you will be charged the full amount for the additional days. It is not possible to switch one plan length for another once you have received the wifi. Example: Booked the 5 Day Plan and wish to extend it for an additional 5 Days, you will be charged for an additional 5 Day Plan. (you cannot switch to the 10 Day Plan). - Please contact us with these requests as soon as possible.
- Connection speeds and signal strength may vary by location. Includes unlimited data.
- The first day of your plan begins when you receive the Pocket WiFi, and the last day is when it is collected at the counter in Fukuoka International Airport. Example: if you select the 5 Day Plan starting September 10th, the return date will be September 14th. - Late returns will incur a fee of 1080 JPY for each day past the end date.
Additional Notes
- Please note that you may not shorten your plan after you receive your Pocket WiFi.
- Should your Pocket WiFi arrive damaged, please report this immediately upon receipt and we will replace it for free.
